Fully welded steel, thermally broken, sliding window.
Special features include:
Smooth internal faces with anti ligature operating hardware.
Sliding external sash can be operated safely by the patient / offender or be locked shut externally by staff members or internally if required.
The sliding sash has a smooth multi roller operating action, which allows the sash to slide effortlessly across the stainless steel runners.
The sash can open at various points either full opening or at a standard 125mm restriction. Also the window can be restricted to a suitable point to which the client requests.
The sash can be locked into position by a staff member however there is no access to the locking mechanism from the inside of the room.
The steel construction of the window has no internal beading and allows complete safety and peace of mind when glazed with the correct level of physical attack glazing and anti-pick mastic.
Ventilation is through stainless steel mesh, which is tried and tested for the application.
